Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Egg whites, slightly beaten 1 tb Garlic salt
2 ts Ground cayenne pepper 2 ts Paprika
2 ts Mixed dried herbs 4 c (1 lb.) walnut halves
Coat a large, shallow baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Mix
egg whites with spices. Stir in walnuts; coat thoroughly. Spread in
prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven 15 to 18 minutes, or until
dry and crisp. Cool completely. Makes 4 cups.
