See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 tb Paprika (Hungarian is best) 1 ts Garlic powder
1 1/2 ts Dried oregano 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Dried thyme 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper to taste
1 ts Onion powder 4 (4-6 oz.) halibut steaks,
1 ts Black pepper -thawed if necessary
Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Sprinkle
approximately 1/2 teaspoon spice mixture over the surface of each
halibut steak before broiling. Broil 10 minutes per inch of
thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish flakes when
tested with a fork. Save remaining spice mixture in airtight
