2 c Flour -into pieces
1 c Cottage cheese (not 8 oz Preserves
-creamed) 1/2 c Finely chopped walnuts
1 c Butter, chilled and cut -Granulated sugar
(Delicious Yugoslav pastries in cuisinart) Place flour, cottage
cheese, and butter in cuisinart and mix until dough forms into ball.
Divide dough into 4 balls and refrigerate wrapped in wax paper for
several hours. Roll 1/4 of the dough on floured board to 1/8 inch
thickness in a 10 inch circle. Spread with jam or preserves and
sprinkle with nuts. Cut into pre shaped wedges, 3 inches wide at
base. Roll up from wide end. Pinch to close. Place on greased baking
sheet and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 25
