Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 tb Olive oil 1 1/2 Green bell peppers, chopped
3 Cloves garlic, chopped 3/4 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 1/2 lb Sweet Italian sausage 1 1/2 c Fresh parsley, chopped
3 (28 oz.) cans Hunt's whole 1 tb Sugar
-tomatoes 1 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves
3 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato 1 1/2 ts Dried basil leaves
-sauce 3/4 ts Fennel
3 (6 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato 3/4 lb Cheddar cheese
-paste -Salt
3 Whole onions, chopped

In a large Dutch oven, heat oil and saute garlic until lightly
browned. Remove casing from sausage, crumble and brown. Drain fat;
remove sausage from Dutch oven and set aside. Add undrained whole
tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste to Dutch oven. Cook over
medium heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return sausage to
pan. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and salt; simmer 15
minutes. Add cheese a little at a time; stir until cheese is blended.
Add salt to taste. Simmer, covered 1 1/2 hours more. Remove from
