See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 Chicken, cut up or 2 Cloves garlic
-equivalent (turkey, pork, 16 oz Can tomato sauce
-2 pounds) 1/2 To 1 tsp. salt
1/4 c Oil (Crisco, Wesson, etc., 1 T Chili powder (minimum)
-but NOT olive oil) 1 oz Sq. baking chocolate
1 lg Bell pepper 1/4 t Pepper
1 lg Onion
Skin chicken and brown lightly in oil. Remove chicken. Coarsely chop
peppers and onion, mince garlic, and cook in oil until onion becomes
translucent. Add tomato sauce and salt. Add seasonings and
chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted, add chicken, and simmer on
low heat until chicken is very tender. Remove and discard bones.
Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve over rice or noodles.
