1 c Powdered sugar 3 oz Bittersweet or semisweet
1 c Heavy cream Chocolate; cut-up
1 Stick butter; cut in bits 2 tb Amaretto or other almond
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder -flavored liqueur
-- firmly packed 2 tb Chocolate-flavored liqueur

Preparation Time: 0:10
In a small saucepan, combine powdered sugar, cream, butter, cocoa, and
chocolate. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until
chocolate melts and sauce is smooth and glossy, 3 to 5 mins. Remove
from heat and stir in amaretto and chocolate liqueur. Let cool to room
temperature.
NOTES : Try varying the liqueurs to suit your taste. If you want it
non-alcoholic, leave out the liqueur and substitute 1/4 cup of
strong coffee.
