8 c Rolled oats
1 c Unsalted raw sunflower
-seeds
1 c Sesame seeds or flax seeds
1 c Sliced almonds or other
-nuts
1 c Raw wheat germ or corn
-grits
1 c Dessicated coconut OR 1 cup
-lecithin granules
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Powdered skim milk
1 c Vegetable oil
1 c Liquid honey, or corn syrup
2 c Raisins or currants
Mix dry ingredients (do not add raisins) Blend in oil and honey.
Bake on broiler tray at 250F for 1-1/2 hours, stirring every half
hour. Add raisins after cooking, while still warm. If you use salted
sunflower seeds, do not add extra salt.
