Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 c Chopped pecans
1 1/2 c Chopped dates
3 Egg whites, beat stiff
1 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
Mix pecans and dates, slowly add powdered sugar to egg whites. Add
vanilla and salt, beat well. Pour in nuts and dates, mix. Drop by
heaping teaspoonful on a cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes at 350
