1/4 c Sugar 6 oz Butterscotch chips
2 Eggs, beaten 1 c Apples, peeled and diced
1 1/2 c Milk
Combine flour and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients; add all at
once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill
greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425~ for 20 to 25 minutes, or
until golden brown.
