3 c Whole wheat flour
3 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Milk
1 c Honey
1 Egg
2 tb Salad oil
1 c Dried apricots
1/2 c Seedless raisins
1/2 c Sunflower seeds
In mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Combine milk, honey,
egg and oil. Pour over dry ingredients and stir just enough to
moisten. Gently fold in apricots, raisins and sunflower seeds. Pour
into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F 55 to 60 minutes or
until loaf tests done in center. Cool completely before slicing.
