6 Asparagus sprigs, diced 3 Eggs;
-discard tough ends) 3 tb Diced ham;
2 md Potatoes; peeled grated 3 tb Cheddar cheese; grated
3 tb Butter -=OR=- 1 tb Green onions; chopped
1 sm Onion; diced 1 6-1/2 oz pasty crust;
1 cl Garlic; crushed -prepared
Melt butter or margarine, add onion and garlic and fry until onions
are transparent. Add diced asparagus and fry 2 more minutes. Add
grated potatoes, whisk in eggs, ham, cheese and chives. Add salt and
pepper if desired. Pour into prepared pastry crust and bake 350
degrees for 1 hour, garnish with diced tomatoes. Served 6. Source:
