Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 pk Frozen chopped spinach
1 1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Bread crumbs
1 x Small onion, diced
1 c Sharp cheese, grated
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Melted butter(or oleo)

Brown beef and onion over medium heat. Cook spinach and drain
thoroughly. Combine meat, spinach, cheese and seasonings. Turn into
greased 1 qt baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter or
margarine, sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in an oven that has
NOT been preheated for 30 min. A fast and easy way to get the kids to
