Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Posted by Stu Hopper 1/2 c Whole cranberry sauce
---------------------------- 2 tb Honey
4 ea Boneless chops, 3/4" thick 2 tb Frozen orange juice conc.
1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper 1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/4 c Apple juice or cider 1/8 ts Ground nutmeg

Heat non stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of
chop with pepper. Brown each side. Add apple juice or cider. Cover
tightly and cook over low heat 5-6 minutes until chops are just done.
Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over chops.
Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through.
