3/4 c Olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Lemon -- sliced
3 lg Onions -- finely chopped
20 ml Garlic -- finely chopped
1/2 c -water
Salt pepper to taste

1/2 ts Parsley -- chopped
1/2 ts Oregano.

Clean fish slit down center. Sprinkle inside w/lemon juice. Salt
pepper and let stand 20 min. Drain place in baking dish stuff
w/parsley oregano. Saute onions garlic lightly 3 min. in olive
oil. Pour over fish. Arrange sliced lemon on top of f
