Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/3 lb Rockfish fillet 1 1/2 tb Margarine
1/4 ts Salt 1 tb Fresh ginger root -- grated
Freshly ground black pepper 2 tb Lime juice
-to taste 2 tb Ketchup

Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or use broiling pan),
and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated
450-degree oven for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.
While the fish is cooking, melt the margarine in a small
saucepan. Add the ginger, lime juice and ketchup. Stir
until blended and hot.

Spoon sauce over fish and serve.
