See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 md Onions; thinly sliced 1 ts Salt
2 tb Butter (or marg.); melted 1/4 ts Pepper
1 lg Garlic clove; minced 2 tb Sugar, brown
1/2 c Celery; chopped 2 tb Vinegar
1 c Catsup 2 tb Lemon juice
3/4 c Water 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Mustard, dry 3 1/2 lb Spareribs, country-style
Saute onion in butter until golden brown; stir in next 11 ingredients.
Bring sauce to a boil; reduce heat, and simmmer 20 minutes.
Place ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a shallow baking dish. Bake
at 325 degrees for about 2 hours or until well done, basting with
sauce and turning every 30 minutes.
