Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ea Cabbage, chopped 1 ea Potatoes, chunked
1 ea Carrots, chunked 1 ea With salt, lots of pepper,
1 ea Onions, chunked Maybe some dill and garlic.

Simmer or nuke til it is done to your liking. I would question the
"magical" claims, though.
