1 c Pineapple juice
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Onion salt
1 ts Fresh garlic -- minced
2 ts Soy sauce
2 3/4"-thick smoked ham
Steaks
Serves 2
8 oz Can sliced pineapple rings

Combine first six ingredients and heat till boiling, then turn down
and simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Cool, and marinate the ham
steaks in this for an hour or so. Grill thehame slices till heated,
and look good - remember, they are already cooked.
