1 tb Celery; chopped
1 tb Soy sauce
1 1/2 ts Tomato paste
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1 ts Lemon juice
1 ds Salt pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until
almost smooth. Per serving: 91 calories, 3 g protein 9 g. fat, 2 g.
