Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 Chicken breasts 2 ts Chile powder
1/4 c Olive oil 1 ts Salt
1 cn Chopped green chilies sm 2 tb Sugar
1 Onion; chopped 1/4 ts Tabasco
1 Clove garlic; minced 2 Whole cloves
8 oz Can tomato sauce 1 oz Unsweetened baking chocolate
1 c Chicken broth 2 tb Creamy peanut butter
Brown chicken in oil and remove. Saute onion and garlic and Add green
chilies. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until chocolate is melted.
Replace chicken and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve over
cooked rice.
