2 lb Stew beef, 1 Whole clove
-cut in 1 -inch cubes 2 Bay leaves
5 Carrots, sliced Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg Onion, diced
Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Mix
thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 12 hours. (High: 5 to 6 hours).
