Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Olive Oil 6 Asparagus spears; cooked
3/4 c Mozzarella; grated Basil; fresh
3 Cherry tomatoes; thinly Oregano; fresh
-sliced or halved Garlic; crushed
1/2 c Broccoil; lightly cooked Salt and pepper
Brush bread with olive oil. Cover with mixture of veggies. Sprinkle
with herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Heat to taste
or until cheese has melted.
