Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

Vegetables with Beef
1/2 lb Sirloin steak -- 2-1/2"
Strips
1 lg Boboli shell or 4 small
1 tb Oil
2 ts Cornstarch
1 c Broccoli florets -- fresh
1/4 ts Ginger -- ground
1/2 c Red pepper -- sliced
1/4 ts Sugar
1/2 c Onion -- sliced
2 ts Soy sauce
1/2 c Mushrooms, fresh -- sliced
2 tb Dry sherry wine
1/2 c Beef broth
1/2 ts Garlic -- minced

Combine cornstarch, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, sherry and garlic. Add
beef strips and toss. Let stand to marinate 15 minutes. Bake Boboli
shell on ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes, or
until crisp. Heat oil in skillet. Add broccoli, red pepper, onion
and mushrooms; saute. Remove and keep warm. Add meat mixture; cook
until meat is brown. Add beef broth, bring to boil and cook until
mixture thickens. Add vegetable mixture. Spoon into cavity of Boboli
