See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
3 oz Cauliflower flowerets; cut 1/2 ts Salt
-in bite size pieces 3 oz Black beans; cooked
2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 3 oz Brown rice; cooked
2 tb Sunflower oil 3 oz Avocado; sliced
1/2 ts Soy sauce
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking pan
with sunflower oil. Steam the cauliflower for about 5 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients except for the avocado. Mix well.
Transfer to baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes,
garnish with avocado slices. Serve.
