Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1/3 c Burgandy wine
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
1/2 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Garlic salt

Mix all ingredients. Shape into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Grill
patties, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 - 15 minutes.
