1 c Tofu 1/4 c Freshly grated parmesan
2 T Light mayonnaise -cheese
2 T Plain yogurt 1 ea Clove garlic, minced
1 T Lemon juice 1 t Olive oil
2 t Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper
1 t Dijon mustard Process tofu, mayonnaise,
1 t Anchovy paste -yogurt, lemon juice,
ds Hot pepper sauce -worcestershire sauce,
mustard, anchovy paste and hot pepper sauce until smooth. Stir in
cheese, garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Can be kept in
refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Makes 1-1/3 cups. Origin: Candian
