See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 lb Boneless chicken breast 1/4 c Soy sauce
-halves; cut into 1" pieces 2 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Garlic powder 1 ts Dried whole basil
5 lg Tomatoes; peeled and chopped 1 ts Dried whole marjoram
2 lg Onions; chopped 1 ts Dried whole oregano
1 lg Green pepper; chopped Hot cooked rice
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder; set aside.
Combine tomatoes and remaining ingredients except rice in a large
Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Add
chicken, and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30
minutes or until tender. Serve over rice. Yield: 6 servings.
