1 c BROWN SUGAR 1 ts VANILLA

IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN MIX TOGETHER SUGARS, CREAM AND VANILLA. COOK MIXTURE
OVER MEDIUM HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES SOFT BALL STAGE
OR 235 DEG F. COOL THEN BEAT BY HAND UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. SPREAD ON
CAKE OR MUFFINS. MAKES ENOUGH TO ICE A 3 LAYER, 9" CAKE OR 24 MUFFINS.
