3 c Cooked Instant Brown minute 1/2 c Cashews
-rice (or home cooked plain 1/3 c Dried apricots, chopped
-brown 1/3 c Raisins
Rice) 1/3 c Miracle whip salad dressing
1 c Chopped red apple 1/3 c Orange juice
1 c Chopped celery 1/2 t Allspice
1/2 c Green onion, chopped 1/2 t Cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together into large bowl. Spoon into lightly
greased 6 cups ring mould. Refrigerate. To serve, unmold carefully
onto glass plate. Makes 10 servings. Per serving: 207 cal, 4.1 gr
