6 c Water 2/3 c Chopped dates
1 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Carob powder
2 c Cracked wheat
Stir wheat and salt into boiling water. Cover. Lightly boil 2 hors.
Remove from heat. Stir in dates and carob. Cover and let sit 10
