Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Carrot -- shredded 1 tb Cumin seed
1/4 c Raisins 1/2 c White vinegar
1 Red bell pepper -- thinly 1/4 c Honey
-sliced Salt and pepper
1/4 c Parsley -- chopped
In large bowl, combine the carrots, raisins and red pepper and toss.
Add the parsley and cumin and toss again. Add the vinegar, honey,
salt and pepper. Toss one more time and serve.
