3 c Celery; thinly sliced 1/2 c Milk
3 c Potatoes, raw; thinly sliced 1/4 c Butter (or marg.)
1 1/2 c Onions; thinly sliced 1 3/4 ts Salt
3 tb Flour, all-purpose 1/8 ts Pepper, black
Fill a 6-cup casserole with alternating layers of celery, potatoes,
and onions. Sprinkle flour evenly over each layer. Combine remaining
ingredients. Heat and pour over the casserole. Cover and bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and continue baking until top is brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
