Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 Pork chops

--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1/2 c Minced onion 1/4 t Salt
1/2 Stick margarine 6 c Bread cubes, OR just bread,
1/4 t Celery seed -broken up
1/4 t Parsley 1 c Hot water
1 t Bell's seasoning 1 Chicken boullion cube
ds Pepper

DRESSING: Saute onion in margarine until translucent golden. Crush
parsley and celery seed and add to the onion while it's cooking.
Meanwhile, add hot water to boullion cube in cup. Pour sauteed onion
(with marg) over the bread, and add the boullion-broth. Toss, and
add bell seasoning, pepper, and salt. Add more hot water or broth if
too dry.

Place pork chops on baking pan. Place a large spoonful of dressing
on each chop. Cover with aluminum foil, bake in 350degF oven for
about 3/4 hour, then remove foil and bake for another 3/4 hour
(depending on the thickness of the pork chops) until done.
