12 oz shredded frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped carrots
4 c chopped broccoli
2 pkts chicken broth
1 t salt
1.2 t pepper
3 T flour
2 c skim milk
6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
Combine all the ingredients except the flour, milk cheese in a large pot and bring to a
boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes Blend flour milk. Slowly add to vegetables. Finally, add
the cheese. Stir until melted.
