2 ts Vegetable oil 1 ts Dried oregano
1 c Sliced onions 1/2 ts Celery seed
1 cl Garlic, minced 1 Bay leaf
16 oz Can chopped tomatoes 1 1/4 lb Boneless skinless chicken
8 oz Can tomato sauce 1/4 c Dry white wine
1 ts Salt 2 c Cooked noodles
1/4 ts Pepper
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion and garlic and cook until
tender, about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce, and spices, stirring
to blend. Add chicken, cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring
occasionally. Add wine. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes. Remove and
discard bay leaf before serving. Serve over noodles.

chol., 395 calories.
