See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/2 c Butter 1 c Sliced mushrooms
2 tb Lemon juice 1 tb Dill weed
1 ts Salt 3 lb Chicken, cut in serving
1 cl Garlic, minced -pieces
1/2 ts Paprika
Melt butter in large skillet with lid. Add all ingredients except
chicken and bring to a boil. Add chicken and bring to boiling point,
but do not actually boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until
chicken is tender. Transfer chicken to a serving platter. Serve with
rice or noodles covered with remaining cooking liquid. 4 servings.
