16 Chicken wings
--------------------------MARINADE-------------------------------
1 c Plain yogurt
2 tb Lime juice
1 ts Garlic, crushed
1/2 ts Chilli powder
1/2 ts Cardamon, ground
1/4 ts Cumin, ground
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Cloves, ground
1/4 ts Cinnamon
pn Nutmeg
Salt to taste
Prepare marinade.
Prick 16 chicken wings all over with a fork or sharp knife and mix
into the marinade, Leave at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Grill gently, basting lavishly with excess marinade, until crust is
