-Laurie Martinez 3 tb Unsweetened cocoa
2 lb Lean ground beef 2 ts Ground cumin
2 Onions, chopped 1 ts Dried oregano, crushed
2 Garlic cloves, minced 1 1/4 ts Salt
2 cn Pinto or kidney beans 1/8 ts Ground cloves
-(15 oz each) 1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 cn Tomato sauce (29 oz) 1/8 ts Allspice
1 1/4 c Pace picante sauce 1 Green pepper, chopped
1/2 c Water
In Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add remaining
ingredients, except green pepper, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover
and simmer 40 minutes. Add green pepper, simmer for 20 more minutes.
