Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 T Vegetable oil -undrained
6 ea Pork chops cut about 1/4 1 c Quick cooking rice
-inch thick, trimmed of fat. 1/2 c Coarsely chopped onion
1 t Watkins beef soup mix 2 T Watkins chili seasoning mix
1/4 t Black pepper 1/2 t Garlic powder
1 cn (10-3/4oz) tomato soup, 6 ea Green pepper rings
-undiluted Vegetable oil
1 cn (15oz) kidney beans,

Heat the 2 tbsp vegetable oil in large oven'proof skillet; brown pork
chops on both sides. Remove chops and sprinkle with beefsoup mix and
pepper. Combine soup, beans, rice, onion, chili seasoning, and garlic
powder in skillet or in 11x7 inch baking dish. Place pork chops over
soup mixture. Cover and bake at 325F for 45-55 minutes or until chops
are tender. Top each chop with a green pepper ring that has been
brushed with oil the last 10 minutes of baking time. Makes 6
