1 c Cooked chicken breast, cubed -(Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1/2 c Water chestnuts, drained 1 t Soy sauce
1/2 c Bean sprouts 1 ea Tb fatfree ranch dressing
1/2 c Chopped celery -(Weight Watchers or Kraft)
1/4 c Chopped green onion 1 ea Tb fatfree sour cream
1 c Cooked brown or white rice 1 ea Tb lemon juice
2 ea Tb fatfree Italian dressing
In large bowl, mix chicken, water chestnuts, sprouts, celery and
onion. In a separate bowl, pour Italian dressing over cooked rice and
stir until absorbed then add to the chicken mixture. Mix together the
soy sauce, ranch dressing sour cream and lemon juice and toss with
the other ingredients. Per serving: 89cal., 1g fat (10%), 12mg chol.,
