1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Rice wine vinegar
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Veg oil
1 ds Sesame oil
1 ts Red pepper flakes
2 Cucumbers, seeded, thinly
-sliced
1 sm Red bell pepper, thin sliced
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oil, and pepper flakes. Mix in
