1 1/2 c All-purpose flour 3 T Vegetable oil
1/2 c Sugar 1 T White vinegar
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa 1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Baking soda 1/3 c Semi-sweet chocolate mini-
1/2 ts Salt . morsels
1/2 c Unsweetened orange juice 1 T Powdered sugar
1/3 c Water
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl;
make a well in center of mixture.
Combine juice and next 4 ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring
mixture just until moistened. Fold in chocolate mini-morsels.
Spoon into foil- or paper-lined muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in
center comes out clean. Remove from pans immediately; cool on a wire
rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. (29% of calories from fat.)
