1 Stick butter; softened 2 c Flour
1 1/3 c Granulated sugar 2 ts Baking powder
4 Eggs 1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Vanilla extract 1 pk (10 oz) semisweet chocolate
4 oz Unsweetened chocolate square -- chips, mint
-- melted 1 c Powdered sugar; sifted

Preparation Time: 1:39 1. In a large bowl, combine butter, granulated
sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed
until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 mins. Add melted unsweetened chocolate
and beat until well blended. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; beat
to mix well. Stir in mint chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 1
hour or longer to firm up dough. 2. To bake cookies, preheat oven to
350 F. Shape dough into 50 (1 1/4-inch) balls. Roll balls in powdered
sugar to coat. Palce 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. 3. Bake
9 mins. Do not overbake. Cookies will be soft, but will firm up as
they cool. Let cookies cool 2 mins on pans. then remove to wire racks
to cool completely.
