See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/4 c Whole wheat flour 2 tb Coconut
1/2 c Quick or rolled oats 1/4 c NUTS OR SEEDS
1 ts SWEETENER 3/4 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
Blend oats until fine. Remove from blender. Blend remaining
ingredients, except flour, until smooth. Stir together all
ingredients. Knead for 1 minute. Pinch off 1 tablespoon dough. Roll
between hands to make stick 2-3" long. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at
