FLOUR MIXTURE-MIX WELL TURNOUT ONTO A FLOURED BOARD AND KNEAD UNTIL
SMOOTH AND ELASTIC PLACE INTO A GREASED BOWL AND TURN TO COAT WELL
COVER AND LET RISE IN A WARM PLACE FOR 1-1/2 TO 2 HOURS, UNTIL
DOUBLED MEANWHILE, SAUTE ONIONS, GARLIC, AND MUSHROOMS IN REMAINING
OIL REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ALLOW TO COOL COMBINE WITH HAM, SALAMI,
