Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:


---------------------YIELD: 1 SERVINGS--------------------------
1 qt Water, hot 1 ts White wine vinegar
1/4 ts Garlic powder 1 ts Allspice, ground
2 lb Beef, lean ground 1 ea Tb Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper 1 ts Black pepper; freshly ground
1 cn Tomato paste, (12 oz) 1 ts Cinnamon, ground
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 ea Onion; chopped
1/2 ts Cumin, ground 3 ea Bay leaves
3 ea Tb Chili powder

Pour water in a large sauce pan. Crumble in beef (do not brown). Add
rest of ingredients. Simmer for about 3 hours, or to desired
consistency, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves before
