3 Avocado; 1/2 ts Worcestershire
2 c Crab;cooked 1 ts Salt
2 tb Butter 1 ds Pepper
2 tb Flour 1 tb Onion;grated
1 c Milk 1/4 ts Celery Salt
6 tb Vinegar 1 ds Cayenne
3 Garlic;cloves 1/2 c Cheddar Cheese
Peel avocados and cut in half. Place 1/2 clove peeled garlic and 1
tablespoon vinegar in each half.
Melt butter in saucepan; add flour, stir. Slowly add milk, stirring
constantly. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and heat
through.
Remove garlic and vinegar from avocado halves; fill with crab
mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and place in pan with 1/4 inch water in
the bottom. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
