1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom -(8 oz.), shredded, divided
-with reduced fat soup 8 oz Spinach OR plain fettuccini
-10-3/4 oz. can -cooked, drained
1 c Fat Free Sour Cream 6 Chicken breast halves
-KNUDSEN FREE -boneless, skinless
1/2 c Chopped red pepper -about 2 lb.
1 pk Part skim Mozzarella cheese 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
-KRAFT 1/3 Less Fat Natural
1. Heat oven to 350-degrees F.
2. Mix soup, sour cream, pepper and 1 cup of the cheese. Toss with
pasta. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish.
3. Arrange chicken breasts over pasta mixture. Sprinkle with
remaining 1 cup cheese and seasoning.
4. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6
servings.
