1/2 c Lowfat buttermilk 1 ts Tamari
1/2 c Lowfat cottage cheese 1 ts Cider or wine vinegar
1 cl Garlic 1/4 ts Oregano
2 Water packed artichoke 1/4 ts Grated Parmesan
Hearts, rinsed 1 ts Minced fresh parsley,
1/4 sm Onion Generous
2 ts Lemon juice
Blend all ingredients except parsley in blender until smooth. Add
parsley. Store in refrigerator up to three days.
