1 lb Pollack Fish Fillets, thawed 1 tb Onion, chopped
1 cn (16 oz) Tomatoes juice 1/3 c Green Pepper, chopped
1 tb Lemon Juice 1/2 cl Garlic, minced
Season fish fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place in an
ungreased baking dish. Mix together tomatoes juice, lemon juice,
onion, green pepper, and garlic. Pour over fish fillets. Bake in a
400øF oven. Spoon tomato mixture over fish several times during
baking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork and is opaque
in the middle.
